Fees & Cancellations
Customers must give 24 hour notice to cancel otherwise they will be liable for the full amount of the service call fee. Rates vary depending on the type of solution. $100/hour flat diagnostic fee. Equipment repair is subject to parts and time to fix. Anything over 20 miles from the home office location is an additional charge. Weekends available by emergency appointment; service availability is not guaranteed. Rates are subject to be higher on weekends and holidays.
